August Mack Announces Hiring of New Project Manager
LANCASTER, PA - August Mack Environmental, Inc., a full-service environmental, health and safety consulting firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Theresa Alderfer as a Project Manager in its Lancaster, Pennsylvania office. Alderfer previously worked for DelVal Soil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, and Piedmont Environmental Group, Inc.
Alderfer specializes in subsurface soil evaluations and construction inspections as required for earthmoving activities related to the construction of roads, berms and building pads, and inspections of the installation of public sewer and water lines. She has experience evaluating site-specific soil conditions as they relate to the feasibility and design of soil dependent wastewater systems and also has participated in the completion of Phase I Site Assessments and assisted in wetland evaluations and biological assessments.
In her new role as project manager, Alderfer will be responsible for providing technical and regulatory oversight on a variety of projects, quality assurance and control review of reports, and new business development and client services.
Alderfer received her Bachelor's degree from Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pennsylvania where her primary area of study was Environmental Science and Agronomy.
