PALO ALTO, 12/5/2007 - Atempo, Inc., a leading provider of cross-platform data protection and archiving solutions, today announced the appointment of Karim Toubba as vice president of marketing and product management.
Mr. Toubba brings over 12 years of experience in building and marketing technology and managed services solutions to both enterprise and mid-market companies. He was most recently vice president of marketing and business development at Redseal Systems, a leader in the security risk management space. Previously he was vice president of product management and marketing with Ingrian Networks where he helped drive the organization to a leadership position in the database and application encryption market. Mr. Toubba has also held management positions at Exodus, Digital Island, Whistle Communications and NetManage. At Atempo, Mr. Toubba will be responsible for leading Atempo's global marketing strategies as Atempo continues a strong period of extending its global presence.
