EASTHAMPTON, Mass., Feb. 2, 2011 - Atalasoft, provider of software tools that power Microsoft .NET scanning and imaging applications, today announced the acquisition of Dosadi LLC, provider of popular controls and utilities for adding TWAIN document capture to web and Windows applications. Dosadi's technologies include EZTwain, a comprehensive library that makes TWAIN document scanning easy for application developers. With the acquisition of Dosadi and hiring its founder Spike McLarty, Atalasoft is now the undisputed expert in TWAIN scanning for developers.
