New Kurt MaxLock(TM) Vise First And Only 5-Axis Vise With AngLock® Design Feature
Designed with Kurt's time-proven AngLock feature to reduce part lift, this new MaxLock vise holds parts with maximum rigidity for close tolerance repeatability in all axes. Clamps parts for continuous 5-axis cutting motion of complex pockets, sculptured and contoured surfaces, and intricate 3D features with repeatable, high precision accuracy.
MaxLock delivers up to 7000 lbs clamping force at 40 lbs of input torque. It features 0.625 inch stroke with minimum jaw opening of 0.15 to a maximum 15.5 inches with various screw lengths.
New Kurt PinLock(TM) Locating And Mounting System For Fast Fixture Attachment
Kurt's new PinLock system makes attaching and removing fixtures, subplates and vises from machining centers precise, fast and easy. Exclusive helical extraction design aids in overcoming binding in side load conditions and enhances removal in any application.
PinLock system consists of high precision pins, bushings and liners that provide locating repeatability up to ±.0005 inch. System handles fixture plate thickness of 0.75 to 2.00 inches. The PinLock is the ideal addition to Kurt grid plates, caged modular tombstones and vise adaptor plates.
New Kurt Hydraulic Swing Clamps, Valves And Pumps For High Precision Repeatability
Kurt Swing Clamps, Valves and Pumps can be configured into an ideal workholding system for a single machining center or a multi-pallet cell with multiple machines. The system is designed to increase productivity and reduce labor costs and scrap while improving part quality.
Providing from 475 lbs to 6000 lbs clamping force with a maximum pressure of 5000 PSI, Kurt's single cylinder design actuates both the swing and clamping cycle in one continuous motion. Kurt's hydraulic pump has a peak 127 Cu. In. total capacity and provides the ideal power source for the system.
