Astrodyne Acquires RO Associates; Provider of High-end, Ruggedized AC/DC & DC/DC Products


MANSFIELD, MA - March 23, 2010 - Astrodyne Corporation ("Astrodyne"), a leading provider of power solutions, announced it has acquired the assets of specialty power supply manufacturer RO Associates from Emrise Corporation, (a public company, NYSE Arca: ERI). RO Associates is an engineering company and a pioneer in the development of module-based power conversion solutions, which are now a mainstay in military, industrial and other harsh environment markets. Current products are deployed on airborne, shipboard and land vehicle applications, as well as a variety of industrial and medical products.
