Aspect Enterprise Solutions Underscores Quality and Service Commitment

In addition to overseeing product quality he will also lead customer service across the entire family of AspectDSC and AspectCTRM solutions.
In his new position Schreck joins an expanded management team at AES and reports directly to AES CEO Steve Hughes. "Rouven is a key addition to the AES team and will focus on quality throughout the organization from initial product design through to delivery, implementation and long-term customer support.
