Ashley Ward Hires Employment Coordinator to Spur Growth
Mason, OHÂ – Ashley Ward, Inc. is pleased to announce a personnel addition to its corporate team. Missy Daugherty has been hired on as the Employment Coordinator. Missy will be working closely with department managers and the plant manager to understand and meet staffing needs.
Missy comes to Ashley Ward to seek out and recruit the individuals needed to produce quality screw machine products. In addition, she will be coordinating human resource efforts, assisting with publicity and event planning, and performing day to day functions. Daugherty has spent 10 years as an account executive for a well known employment agency and has extensive experience in manufacturing job placement.
