Arthur Machinery-Florida offers Tederic Injection Molding Machines

Tampa, Florida – Arthur Machinery-Florida in cooperation with Tederic North American Machinery in Palmetto Florida, is offering the Tederic Injection Molding machines.

TEDERIC uses German design engineering and Japanese CNC machinery in manufacturing their full range of molding machines.

Tederic is economically priced with power saving, precision and servo driven features.  These machines make it feasible for small mold shops to have injection molding capability for production or proto-type molding applications at an affordable price.

High efficient servo motors improve efficiency by as much as 70% over conventional drive  machines. Tederic servo drive machines have higher position and repeatability accuracy than traditional machines. Without heating caused by constant duty hydraulic pump, the temperature of the oil tank will not show much rise during a run, and minimize the amount of cooling water.

Servo drives offer quieter operation, and energy savings of 30%-70% can also be  realized.

Richard Konnen, President of Tederic North American Machinery utilizes Arthur's Tampa showroom to display and demo the Tederic machines. Richard also offers mold building expertise for customers new to the molding business.

New machines can be seen under power in Arthur Machinery's Tampa showroom. Also, machines can be seen in operation in local shops.
