New offerings include index of solutions by business need and comprehensive enablement services
ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Nov. 12 / / -- The Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business of Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:ARW), today unveiled an expanded portfolio that better enables its reseller partners to serve the growing information technology needs of medium-sized businesses. In the coming months, Arrow ECS will expand on these offerings and services to help its partners reach the fast-growing midmarket industries, including additional tools and solutions to address the unique business needs of medium- sized businesses.

Arrow ECS provides step-by-step services to guide and assist partners with these solutions throughout the sales cycle. These services include marketing, financing, engineering and presales support, which are available online and streamlined so partners can increase their reach into the midmarket while minimizing time and resources.
Professional services such as security assessments, onsite engineering and call support are also available to partners that purchase midmarket solutions through Alternative Technology. These services are designed to enhance profitability for partners and create additional opportunities in the midmarket space.
