CANONSBURG, Pa., December 2009 - Aquatech launched MoVapTM a mobile evaporator system at a private luncheon jointly organized by the Washington County, Washington County Chamber of Commerce and Aquatech. The theme of the luncheon was "Bringing businesses together and solving local problems locally".
The MoVap(TM) unit is a solution specifically designed for the growing frac and produced waste water treatment needs of the Marcellus Gas Shale region, which includes the Washington County. The MoVap(TM) unit is designed to reduce the volume of high total dissolved solids laden waste waters from the gas well frac operation directly at the well head. The advantages of the carrying out the operation are recovery of waste for reuse and reduction of waste discharge.
