(Marietta, OH, July 1, 2009) Providing customers with high levels of service remains a top priority at CARON. The newest "Applications" addition to the website demonstrates the commitment CARON has to its customers.
The "Applications" section is interactive, prompting customers to click through two or three descriptions of their area of study and/or testing requirements. Once information is gathered, customers are then directed to the recommended product page.
"CARON has always maintained a staff of highly-qualified applications engineers our customers can call to identify the right equipment for their particular protocol," said Steve Keiser, chairman, Board of Directors. "Now our customers can access the CARON website 24/7 to obtain immediate information on the particular CARON chambers designed for their industry."
The new applications section of the website is accessed by simply visiting the CARON website and clicking on the word "Applications" on the menu bar at the top of the page. This new section is designed to for visitors to receive instantaneous information on the CARON unit that best fits their need.
CARON only expects the Applications section to grow as engineers continue to develop new products.
"The products at CARON cover a wide range of scientific and industrial disciplines and we work very hard to help our customers find the right chambers for their specific application," Keiser said.
