Antalis is the largest European group in the distribution of communications support materials such as print and office paper, visual communication, and packaging. To speed up internal processes and boost business efficiency, Antalis has decided to implement invoice automation software from ReadSoft and content management solutions from IBM® Filenet® via ReadSoft's partner Avantias. ReadSoft's part of the deal concerns invoice automation into SAP®.
With 6,900 employees and 230,000 customers, French-based Antalis is the largest paper and packaging group in Europe. With such a massive business volume, Antalis also has to handle a very large amount of incoming invoices from suppliers that have to be registered into Antalis' SAP system. Looking to achieve invoice automation and effective content management, Antalis turned to ReadSoft's partner Avantias in France who recommended ReadSoft for invoice automation inside SAP®, and IBM® Filenet® for content management. This complete solution from Avantias proved to be decisive for Antalis decision.
