Anne Lechevranton to be appointed Vice President Corporate Communications on October 15


Anne Lechevranton will be appointed Vice President, Corporate Communications of the
Air Liquide Group on October 15. She will succeed Dominique Maire, Vice President
Corporate Communications since 2000 and a member of the Executive Committee since 2002,
who has decided to devote herself to her personal projects once she has completed the
transition of her function to Anne Lechevranton.

After having been led communications in various companies, Dominique Maire notably
organised Air Liquide's 100-year celebrations in 2002 and has since accompanied the strong
growth and geographical expansion of the Group.
Anne Lechevranton has more than 10 years of experience in communications and marketing
within large international industrial and technological groups. In 2002, she joined the Thales
Group, first as Communications Director for their Communications and Information Systems
Business Group, and from 2004, for their Land & Joint Systems Division.

Previously, she was Director of Internal Communication for the automotive supplier Valeo. In the
same company, she has also held various positions over five years in marketing. Anne
Lechevranton began her career as a project engineer in the aeronautic department at the Office
National d'Etudes et de Recherches Aérospatiales (ONERA - French national aerospace
research center).

Born in 1967, Anne Lechevranton graduated with an engineering degree from the Ecole
Supérieure de l'Energie et des Matériaux; she also holds an MBA from the management school
of Lyon (ESC Lyon-CESMA).
