Plumsteadville, Pennsylvania, USA¬-Scott Specialty Gases recently announced that its Electronic Materials Group was selected by Analog Devices, Inc. to receive their Supplier Excellence Award of 2006 for supplying "Critical Indirect Material." Throughout 2006 Scott supplied Analog Devices with many types of electronics grade specialty gases, including hydrogen bromide, halocarbons, boron trichloride, argon, nitric oxide, silane and many others.
