Ametek Names Ryan Smith Business Manager and Diane Shortt Sales Manager for Metal Strip and Specialty Wire
WALLINGFORD, CT - AMETEK Specialty Metal Products (SMP) has named a new Business Unit Manager and Sales Manager for Metal Strip and Specialty Wire products manufactured at its Wallingford, CT, facility. Ryan Smith was named Business Unit Manager, and Diane Shortt joins AMETEK as Sales Manager for Metal Strip and Specialty Wire.
Both bring extensive Industry experience to their new positions. Mr. Smith has more than 17 years experience with AMETEK SMP, most recently as the Wallingford Plant Manager, while Ms. Shortt brings more than 20 years of sales experience in copper-based metals.
