The American Torch Tip Company announced today that it has purchased the Precision Products Company of Canaan, New Hampshire as of May, 2007
Precision Products specializes in manufacturing plasma torches and consumables used primarily in the metal fabricating industry. The acquisition will give American Torch Tip company an expanded product line and increased manufacturing capability, making it one of the largest suppliers of plasma products.
The American Torch Tip Company, located in Bradenton Florida has been in business for over sixty five years, occupies 70,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing, warehousing and office facility and employs over 225 people.
ATTC is the world's largest supplier of consumable products, manufacturing over 16,000 products used for welding and cutting metals and other materials.
