Company to Host Shareholder Conference Call Today at 2:00 P.M. EST
CHICO, CA - AmeraMex International, Inc. (OTC: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment to logistics companies (stevedoring), infrastructure construction, commercial farming and mining companies, announced today that it has entered into a partnership with a U.S. company that has signed an agreement with the government of a North African country to construct and repair the country's railway system. Preconstruction work will begin March 2013.
AmeraMex has been selected to provide all equipment and machinery necessary to fulfill the agreement. The approximate duration of the project is estimated at 15 years. AmeraMex will provide information related to the revenue value of the first twelve months of the agreement when the equipment inventory is finalized. The company expects to be providing cranes, bulldozers, excavators, forklifts, frontend loaders and trucks.
AmeraMex and its partners are in final negotiations with an Italian construction company to complete the construction of five five-star hotels in North Africa and are bidding on additional construction projects throughout Northern Africa. Shareholders and investors are cautioned that the negations can be lengthy and there are no guarantees that AmeraMex will be awarded the contracts.
