Scottsville, NY - Ambrell, an Ameritherm Company and a leading manufacturer of induction heating systems, is exhibiting at IMTS on September 10-15 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL. At the event, Ambrell will exhibit its solutions, review attendees' heating processes and discuss how it might help enhance them with fast, efficient, non-contact induction heating. Ambrell will have an EASYHEAT on-hand for live heating demonstrations at its IMTS booth. Additionally, a robot from automation partner Nutek Industrial Systems will heat and move fasteners to demonstrate - on a smaller scale - a hot heading process that clients have implemented. Finally, an array of systems will be displayed, and attendees can sign up for free parts testing.
Ambrell has expanded its line of induction heating systems; its EKOHEAT line now reaches 800kW. While Ambrell's low power/high frequency EASYHEAT systems remain a cornerstone of the product line, the EKOHEAT line has driven heightened demand, led to new original equipment manufacturer partnerships, and necessitated a manufacturing expansion that added 14,000 square feet to headquarters in Scottsville, NY. Customers have reported that system innovation and reliability, heating application expertise and general responsiveness have led to their satisfaction with Ambrell.
