Alloy Engineering Appoints Midwest Sales Engineer


BEREA, OHIO, February 7, 2006-Russell Rhode has been appointed sales engineer for The Alloy Engineering Company. For over 60 years, Alloy Engineering has been a leading designer and manufacturer of industrial furnace components. Mr. Rhode will be responsible for sales of the company's diverse line of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant products in the upper-Midwest region including Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa and Indiana. He replaces Jim Yutzy who is now product manager for steel and nitric acid industries at Alloy Engineering.

In making the announcement of Mr. Rhode's appointment, Alloy Engineering Sales and Marketing Manager Patt Cretu-Ball noted, "Over the years, Alloy Engineering has developed a strong, engineering-based approach to meeting our customers' high-temperature needs that is unique in our industry. Mr. Rhode brings over 20-years of experience in the metals industry. Prior to joining Alloy Engineering, he held sales-management positions with Eckmann Pressed Metal, H.U.I., A.M. Castle, E.M.J. (Jorgensen Steel) and various other steel service centers.

Mr. Rhode holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He resides in Appleton, Wisconsin.
