Alliance Spacesystems Inc. Has Changed its Name
To Our Valued Customers, Partners and Suppliers:
Effective January 1, 2010, Alliance Spacesystems Inc. has changed its name as part of a broad rebranding initiative by our parent company, MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (MDA). Alliance Spacesystems, Inc. and Alliance Spacesystems, LLC (wholly-owned subsidiaries of MDA Federal Inc.) have been merged into MDA Federal Inc. and renamed MDA Information Systems, Inc. Our Company, Alliance Spacesystems will now be identified as the Space Division of MDA Information Systems, Inc.
This name change will not affect the quality and value of our services and products. We remain committed to setting the standard for our industry in terms of quality and innovation. MDA Information Systems, Inc. is a U.S. corporation registered in the state of Delaware. Michael Kearney will continue to be the President of the Space Division of MDA Information Systems, Inc.
Our goal with this rebranding initiative is to better serve our customers by offering the full range of MDA's capabilities in the U.S. MDA Information Systems, Inc. together with its partner, MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates, Ltd. (MDA), have over 40 years of experience in the design, development, and manufacturing of aerospace products and services. We are a supplier of multisensor systems, robotic mechanisms, engineering services, and uniquely designed, specialty structures to NASA, JPL, and a wide range of international space and U.S. Governmental customers.
