Albeo's NGL winning C-Series ideal for High-Bay, Garage, and General Lighting Applications
Boulder, CO (April 21, 2009) - Albeo Technologies, a leading LED lighting manufacturer, adds emergency battery pack, power factor correction (PFC), optional high CRI LEDs, and 0-10V dimming upgrades to its 2008 Next Generation Luminaires Award Winning C-Series Solid-State product platform. Albeo will be demonstrating these new additions at Lightfair International 2009, May 5-7 at the Javits Convention Center in New York, NY.
The concealed emergency backup switches on automatically and instantly with loss of line power to provide over 90 minutes of high quality illumination. The emergency system includes a charger with overload/short-circuit protection, test switch, discharge protection and power/charging indicators.
Toroid transformers, the highest reliability power conversion technology available, with power factor correction circuitry enables PFC greater than 0.95 in 120V and 277V applications. Ideal for large industrial installations, Albeo's power conversion creates the most efficient, reliable LED lighting system available.
The newest white high-efficiency LED's with a Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 92 are optionally available in select C-Series light fixtures. Additionally, Albeo fixtures can be upgraded to operate with 0 to 10V control signals for building wide energy conservation via standard control systems.
