Airgas Declares Regular Dividend for Fourth Quarter FY2012
RADNOR, PA - March 1, 2012 - Airgas, Inc. (NYSE: ARG) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per share, payable on March 30, 2012 to shareholders of record as of March 15, 2012.
