Agilent Technologies Establishes New Distribution Channel for HMMC Family of Products

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 10, 2007 -- Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced a worldwide distribution program for its HMMC family of products. Beginning March 1, 2007, orders for Agilent HMMC products can be placed with a select set of distributors worldwide who have an extensive knowledge of the MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) market as well as strong business relationships with current Agilent HMMC customers.
Agilent's HMMC family of products consists of 16 millimeter-wave ICs (amplifiers, attenuators and switches) and two zero-bias detector diodes. Each of these items provides superior performance for a wide range of DC to 50GHz RF and 10 Gb/s telecom applications. All HMMC products are manufactured in Agilent's Santa Rosa (Calif.) Technology Center.
