AERZEN TURBO ACQUIRES KTURBO MANUFACTURING FACILITY
Coatesville, Pennsylvania, October, 2011- Aerzen Turbo (Korea), has begun producing the core components of the Aerzen Turbo Blower.
Aerzen Turbo acquired the production facility, machinery and hired specialized staff from KTurbo, while KTurbo is moving to a newly built plant to focus on the production of other turbo products.
Founded earlier this year as a wholly owned subsidiary of Aerzener Maschinenfabrik GmbH (Germany), Aerzen Turbo has its seat in South Korea and is managed by Rob Lammers, who had been managing the Aerzen Company in The Netherlands for ten years. The Technical Manager is Dr. Heinrich Hasemann, an expert in the field of turbo machinery, who moved from Germany. Under their management, the Aerzen Turbo production facility will absorb the Aerzen culture of responsibility, reliability and competency with sound business practices and products.
Aerzen USA sources the core components for its turbo blowers directly from the producer: Aerzen Turbo and packages the machines in the USA adding a significant portion of US-made components and labor. The Aerzen package design integrates the feedback received from customers and consulting engineers since the beginning of 2011. Aerzen USA has been adding employees to its workforce and growing its capabilities for servicing its US turbo blower customers.
Aerzen USA is now in a position to offer high-efficiency solutions ideally suited to wastewater treatment plant:
