MORRISVILLE, NC- Juki Automation Systems, Inc., a world-leading provider of automated assembly products and part of Juki Corporation, today announced that Aegis will support its turnkey SMT production line with its Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) solutions in Booth #513 at the upcoming IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled to take place February 19-21, 2013 at the San Diego Convention Center in California. The addition of Aegis’ MES offering brings added speed, control and visibility to Juki’s production line.

The NPI solution on display is CircuitCAM Express’ offline programming interface for IS, an essential component to the NPI+ programming package.
” The Juki turnkey SMT production line will feature a GL fully automatic screen printer, FX-3R high-speed chip shooter, KE3020V flexible mounter and RS1000 10-zone nitrogen reflow oven. All equipment in the line is supported by Juki’s experienced service group and comes standard with a three-year parts and one-year labor warranty as well as free 24-hour phone support, free unlimited training at a certified Juki facility and free software upgrades for the life of the equipment.
To effectively support a production line, a manufacturing operations system must extend well beyond the process itself. It first requires transforming product CAD design data from RD into a complete manufacturing process design.
