Advantech, Matrox and VuWall Jointly Present Complete Video Wall Solutions at ISE 2014
Eindhoven - Advantech introduces its latest premium video wall controller AVS-540, validated with Matrox’s Mura™ MPX video wall controller boards and tested and certified by VuWall Technology. The complete video wall solution is going to be showcased at Integrated Systems Europe 2014, hall 8 stand M210. This video wall solution includes Matrox validated industrial server boards, chassis, and Advantech Video Wall Controllers - the AVS series pre-configured systems with VuWall2DS software - designed for 20-output video walls, and will aim to enable OEMs and system integrators to create video wall solutions for various markets such as control rooms for factory automation, transportation, surveillance, digital signage, video conference.
Advantech Video Wall Controllers Validated by Matrox
AVS-540 is the 4U Rackmount Xeon E5-2600 Video Wall Controller. The AVS-540 pre-configured system or ASMB-822 server board with five PCIe x16 slots can support five Mura™ MPX cards, allowing for a maximum of twenty video source inputs and display outputs corresponding to twenty monitors. “The Matrox-validated product range from Advantech includes the AVS-540 video wall controller, with space for up to five Matrox Mura™ MPX boards,” said Cecilia Wills, country manager, Matrox Graphics. “High-impact, world-class video walls based on the latest Advantech and Matrox technology can be tailored for a wide variety of public and private applications such as presentation, digital signage, control rooms and security/surveillance.” Matrox Mura MPX Series video wall controller boards feature flexible inputs and high-quality outputs allowing integrators to easily and cost-effectively build custom video walls of almost any size using a single high-density controller system.
VuWall Certified Advantech Video Wall Controller
At ISE 2014, Advantech will join force with VuWall Technology to showcase VuWall2DS on the AVS-540. VuWall2DS has been developed to make it easy for users to create dynamic and appealing video wall content through views transitions, taking full advantage of the latest developments on the Matrox Mura MPX based video wall controllers. Transparency, translation, rotation and alpha blending can now be seamlessly combined to create spectacular effects between views on any size of video wall.
