Advanced Thermal Solution's Dr. Kaveh Azar to Keynote the 8th Annual International Business & Technology Summit for Thermal Management of Electronics

Norwood, MA, July 1, 2008 - Dr. Kaveh Azar, president and CEO of Advanced Thermal Solutions Inc. (ATS) will be presenting the keynote address at the 8th Annual International Business & Technology Summit for Thermal Management of Electronics, August 20-22, 2008, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Natick, Massachusetts.

Dr. Azar's presentation, Challenges in Thermal Management of Electronics for the Next Decade, will focus on the unique issues around designing electronic systems that enable true real-time data/information availability for consumers, small-and-medium sized businesses and enterprises, anywhere in the world and at ever-increasing speeds. Whether at home, in the office, on the road, or in the datacenter, as the power dissipation of electronic systems increases, so will the challenge of managing complex thermal issues. Today's supercomputers will be tomorrow's home and office PCs. Dr. Azar's presentation will delve into to these topics and shed some light on the viability of cooling technologies over the next decade.

As part of the Summit, Dr. Azar, will also be presenting a one-day short course, Electronics Cooling, From Air to Liquid Cooling, focused on providing participants with the analytical and measurement tools for analysis, design and testing of cooling systems for electronics, whether air or liquid.

Short course attendees will receive an overview of the basic calculations necessary for proper thermal design, be provided with practical tools and techniques for accurate thermal measurement and will hear about cooling technologies currently available on the market. This technical course is specifically tailored for engineers, designers and program managers responsible for, or involved in, electronics cooling.
