Adtron Corporation Appoints Glenn H. Larnerd to Board of Directors

Phoenix, AZ September 13, 2006 -- Flash Solid state disk manufacturer Adtron Corporation, the industry leader in delivering smart data storage solutions to the industrial marketplace, announced today the addition of Glenn Larnerd to its Board of Directors. Mr. Larnerd brings over 30 years of computer data storage industry experience with multinational corporations, including Hitachi Global Storage Technologies (NYSE:HIT) and IBM (NYSE:IBM).

His background in operations includes integrating key business units with development, manufacturing, sales, marketing, procurement, information technology, and quality.
