Toronto - Accurate Machine and Tool Limited launched their new fully functional web site. The content of the site is categorized into four broad categories, reflecting the core capabilities of the company. These core competencies include;
1. Metal stamping and fabricating services for a wide range of industry segments in the appliance, furniture, automotive, lighting and electrical industries, as well as many other sectors. Accurate's metal stamping services cover a variety of materials including rolled steel, stainless steel, aluminium and more, in thicknesses up to 3/16". The range of components that can be handled measure as large as 108" x 48" x 30", using the company's 400-ton press. Stamping processes offered run from coining for finely detailed features, to deep drawn stamping, to progressive die for complex components.
2. Mechanical Assembly services delivering a full complement of mechanical assembly services: sub-assemblies and hand assembly projects. Our team of specialists operate air tools, hand tools, and welders, in addition to custom assembly fixtures, to meet all project requirements and specifications.
3. Tool and Die building services documenting the company's expertise in manufacturing experienced tool makers design and build a wide range of dies from sophisticated progressive dies to simple cost effective hand transfer dies. In conjunction with our tools the company builds assembly fixtures, machining fixtures, and more. Our tool makers also build and service injection molds, inspection gauges, and welding fixtures.
4. Plastic Injection & insert molding services for all injection grades of thermoplastic materials including filled materials. Accurate's injection molding equipment boasts a up to 350 tons clamping force, able to produce high-quality components for home appliance, automotive, construction, and lighting companies, among others. In addition to standard injection molding, Accurate also features insert molding capabilities, to mold over or around steel components.
