Accelerated Manual Inspection System from Sonoscan
Elk Grove Village, IL, July 7, 2010 - At the upcoming Semicon West Show (July 13-15), Sonoscan will introduce its new FastLine(TM) Acoustic Microscope. Specifically designed for accelerated inspection throughput in manual screening of microelectronic devices on the manufacturing floor, it is the industry's newest generation of ultrasonic test equipment.
At Semicon West, demonstration of the new system will be by appointment only. Interested parties should contact their Sonoscan Regional Sales Manager before the show to schedule a private demonstration of the system's capabilities during the show. The new system will not be displayed in the Sonoscan exhibit booth.
