Vancouver, BC - November 9, 2006 - The Directors of AccelRate Power Systems Inc. are pleased to announce the appointment of Ronald M. Snyder, a well respected lawyer, to the company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Snyder is a partner at Gowlings Lafleur Henderson LLP, servicing clients in both Ottawa and Vancouver. Mr. Snyder has an MBA in the field of international business, and is also a noted author having written several textbooks including The Annotated Canada Labour Code which is sold widely throughout Canada.
