SCRANTON, Pa., April 11, 2011 - AZEK Building Products today announced a partnership with Hanley Wood University to further expand its goals of continuing education to the architectural community. Hanley Wood, a leading publisher of building industry magazines, launched Hanley Wood University three years ago in response to architect demand for online learning opportunities. They currently offer more than 100 courses online.
In the second quarter of this year, AZEK Building Products will launch all three of its existing AIA accredited programs on the Hanley Wood University website. The first course is now being offered on AZEK Deck at:

The AZEK AIA courses work very simply: architects register with Hanley Wood University for the online courses at www.hanleywooduniversity.com. Hosted by Hanley Wood, they consist of a PowerPoint presentation and an accompanying voice-over that presents the material to the student while they watch. At the conclusion of the presentation, Hanley Wood submits the course completion information to the AIA so the architect receives credit. The architect also receives a certificate of completion for their files.
