MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.-- At a recent Board of Directors meeting, AVX Corporation (NYSE: AVX) declared a dividend of $0.04 per common share for the quarter ended December 31, 2008.
This dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on February 20, 2009 and will be disbursed on March 6, 2009.
