AT&T Adds Regional Solutions to Online Small Business Resource Center


Web Portal Includes AT&T Solutions Specific to Southeast Region, Along with News, Expert Advice and Money-Saving Offers

ATLANTA, May 7 -- To support the growth and success of small businesses in the Southeast, AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) today announced that its small business Web portal, www.att.com/OnwardSmallBiz , now includes telecommunications solutions aimed specifically at customers in that region.

The portal, officially launched in February, now gives customers in the Southeast access to localized content, including solutions, customer support, online ordering and special offers specific to their area. The site also includes a variety of resources geared to small business owners, including free advice and online courses.

AT&T has seen a tremendous response to the site since its launch, approaching 100,000 unique hits each month. Additionally, close to 2,800 individuals have attended at least one of the two webinars offered this year on the site, and 100 percent of attendees surveyed have responded that they plan to attend future webinars.

o A daily feed of small business news, including streaming video segments
from SBTV.com - Small Business Television.
o Free instructional Web-based seminars and training courses hosted by
experts.
o Tips on starting, managing and relocating a small business from a
variety of experts and sources.
o Helpful information developed specifically for women and minority
business owners.
o Money-saving promotional offers from leading brands serving small
business needs, including UPS, Pitney Bowes, Lenovo and
CareerBuilder.com.
o The ability to submit questions and to receive one-on-one advice from
SCORE - Counselors to America's Small Business.
o Information on AT&T products and services, money-saving bundles and
special offers for small business are also available on the portal. For
example, Current features include the new AT&T Unity(SM) calling plans
for small business that allow unlimited wireline and wireless calling
to AT&T and Cingular, now AT&T, customers across the nation.
o Easy access to AT&T's online support, e-bill and account management
services, including the AT&T Account Manager and AT&T BusinessDirect(R)
portals, which allow customers to manage their accounts, view and pay
bills online, and even order additional services online.

The launch of the new AT&T Onward Small Biz Web portal complements AT&T's industry-leading portfolio of communications products and services for small business.
