ASTM Publishes New Edition of Environmental Site Assessments Manual



ASTM International announces the publication of Manual 43, Technical Aspects of Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments: 2nd Edition. This new edition has been updated to address the recent changes to EPA All Appropriate Inquiry Rules and the newly revised ASTM Phase I standard. It has been expanded to include additional explanations, approaches and figures.

Manual 43 demonstrates how to apply the ASTM Phase I and Phase II ESA standards to typical everyday business decisions in the real estate transfer process. It can also be used as a training tool for environmental firms and lenders that need to introduce new staff to the environmental assessment market.
