Dave Kimball, Dow Corning

Webinar Description:
This presentation provides a basic understanding of the use of silicone sealants for structural sealant glazing (SSG). Mr. Kimball will discuss the process of adhering glass and panels to a metal framing system using as structural quality silicone sealant. Specific information will also be included on architectural design issues and questions, establishing a criterion for an SSG system, compatibility testing, installation quality control, post construction and remedial work considerations.
