Mr. Finkel begins his second year as president of the Board of Trustees, coming full circle in a 25-plus year history of service to ASA, which has included positions chairing the ASA Government Affairs Committee, seven years on the ASA Executive Committee, a member of the ASA Education Foundation Board of Trustees and a past president of ASA. "The Foundation has benefitted greatly from Frank's vast experience as we build upon the valuable tools and resources available to the membership," states Amy Black, executive director of the ASA Education Foundation. "Under his leadership and guidance, the Board of Trustees has embraced e-learning initiatives and developed ASAU Online, an exciting and timely delivery system for educating our industry. At the meeting, departing Board of Trustees member Jeffrey Beall, CEO of American Pipe & Supply in Birmingham, AL, was recognized for his years of service to the Board. During his tenure, he represented the interests of ASA's Industrial Piping Division and gave a voice to ASA's members who do business in the industrial and mechanical piping sector of the industry.

The ASA Education Foundation is a self-sustaining organization that researches the training needs of the plumbing, heating, cooling and industrial & mechanical pipe, valves & fittings industries.
