Schiller Park, IL August 4, 2009 - ARPAC's intermittent motion EL-2000 Series End-Load Tray/Case Loader will be on display as part of an integrated beverage packaging line at the Pack Expo Las Vegas 2009 show, booth # 1000!
The EL-2000 Series is designed to serve a wide range of industries. At speeds up to 25 trays/cases per minute, this rugged system helps minimize labor requirements and increases production output.
EL-2000 systems are easily integrated into new lines or existing production lines with other equipment. By combining product accumulation, tray/case forming, loading and sealing into a single compact system, the EL-2000 Series is well suited to handle a wide range of product configurations and applications including plastic bottles, multipacks, cans, boxes, folding cartons, bags and glass jars.
Standard features include: o Nordson hot melt glue system o Crank adjustable blank feed o Wrap-around tray former/loader o Allen-Bradley programmable logic controller with ARPAC operator interface with self-diagnostics, cycle counting and system interlocks o Digital controls for conveyor speeds, timing, and temperature settings for fast accurate setup when changing product size and film
