AMCA International Inc. Board of Directors Selects Mr. Wade Smith as Executive Director!

(AMCA) International, Inc.- On Saturday, January 29, 2011 the AMCA Board of
Directors selected Mr. Wade Smith as AMCA International's new Executive
Director.
Mr. Smith is currently a partner at Wellspring Wireless, a manufacturer of ZigBee
wireless control and metering systems. Mr. Smith is expected to assume the
position as AMCA's Executive Director, on March 1, 2011.
Prior to founding Wellspring in 1996, Mr. Smith had a 24 year career at the Trane
Company and American Standard, where he led the US Plumbing group for three
years, the International Residential Air Conditioning business for one year, and
the Building Automation Systems Division for five years. He is a 1972 graduate of
the University of Wisconsin and holds a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
AMCA's Board of Directors and AMCA staff are excited that Mr. Smith has
accepted the position, and are confident that with his leadership and the
continued guidance from the AMCA board, the association will continue to
provide value and relevancy for their membership both internationally and in
North America.
