Real-time production data available via live feed from Kasle Metal Processing in Indiana

Chicago, Ill, Sept. 6 -- AIM Analytical LLC is demonstrating the power of AIM Enterprise manufacturing intelligence software in booth B-6679 at IMTS 2006 via a live feed from two production lines installed at Kasle Metal Processing in Jeffersonville, Indiana. "We have direct and complete visibility into the operations of these lines from production recipe information right down to the individual lines overall equipment efficiency for 'up to the minute' dashboard reporting," says AIM Analytical Vice President of Product Development, Todd Hernandez. "We can see complete production detail from individual part, production count, scrap or any equipment or manpower issue... this information is available real-time and is served up ad-hoc reporting ."

AIM Enterprise is an intuitive easy-to-use program suite designed to not only boost productivity, but to seamlessly integrate real-time plant floor information into the corporate financial structure. AIM allows a manufacturer to know -- in real time -- equipment status, maintenance requirements and productivity levels of every machine in a plant, assembling all the information into a comprehensive reporting system that integrates with a company's current ERP or MIS system allowing for information to be accessed through the intranet or Internet and made available through any PC, anytime, anywhere in the world.

"Our operational intelligence suite offers visibility into the complete production process ," continues Hernandez. "Nothing better proves the value of AIM than seeing it in action." Visitors to the booth can view how AIM monitors and controls production, manages operation modes, batches and recipes, tracks and analyzes uptime and downtime, manages maintenance and automatically logs events and alarms. DaimlerChrysler, Ford, General Motors, Toyota, and Nissan, as well as many Tier One automotive suppliers currently use AIM software.
