AEC Announces New Engineering Manager of Water Products

In continuing to enhance quality customer sales and service AEC, Inc. is pleased to welcome Rick Holzhauer as their new Engineering Manager of Water Products.

Rick brings with him a wealth of knowledge in HVAC and refrigeration and brings over 14 years experience in design and development. For over 8 years Rick held a Supervising position for the heat transfer and fluid handling products division at a large heating and cooling manufacturer. Rick's previous positions were a Project Engineer designing custom chillers and air conditioners for the government and military, and a Product Development Engineer designing and developing cooling towers, evaporators, evaporative condensers, and fluid coolers for the industrial refrigeration industry.

"We couldn't be happier to have Rick on board at AEC with his extensive knowledge and background in the HVAC industry," states Kevin Chudyk, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "As AEC continues to grow their heating and cooling line, Rick will only enhance the customer experience by continuing to provide the excellent service that our customers have grown to enjoy from AEC."

Rick's expertise ranges from less than one ton to more than 1000 tons of refrigeration, which includes a multitude of products that are used in the plastics, automotive, graphic arts, pharmaceutical, military and government applications.

Rick, who received his BSME at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, is looking forward to planning, organizing and coordinating the design and development of new products to AEC "to maintain their position as a technological leader in the industry." Rick also plans to ensure engineering support and services for manufacturing and sales and will implement methods and procedures to continue bringing quality products and services in addition to increasing productivity.

Rick is excited to work with "exceptional people for an industry leader," and is looking forward to using his "management skills and refrigeration experience to contribute to the company<'>s short and long term goals."
