ADP Announces Expansion of its International Business Development, Sales and Marketing Group


ADP Brokerage Services Group, a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP) has announced the expansion of its international business development, sales and marketing functions.

ADP is answering an increased demand for international corporations to ensure a controlled, interactive and transparent communication process with shareholders, by offering a specialised proxy processing service (the International Shareholder Communications programme) directly to corporations and/or their agent. As part of this initiative, ADP has further committed to developing its offering to the sector by appointing two new business development managers to focus specifically on the programme.

Ania Breuksch and Dogan Sevil have been appointed as Senior Representatives for international business development and sales. They both have extensive international working backgrounds and have previously held operations management positions within ADP Investor Communication Services. Breuksch has experience within sales and client services in Germany, the UK and the US. And Sevil has a background in client services, project development and management in Japan, Turkey and the US.

Both report to Hakan Benito Sapmaz, Director of International Business Development; ADP International Shareholder Communications, who leads the sales effort for the International Shareholder Communications programme.

ADP has also expanded its international marketing group. Loretta McGullion has been appointed as Marketing Communications Specialist, based in London. She will focus on marketing ADP's growing range of international services and products including its international securities processing bureau and SWIFT bureau, as well as a range of shareholder communication services. She has a range of experience having worked in marketing roles for BankServ International and within the telecoms industry.
