Major equipment upgrade provides increased production capacity while providing military and commercial textile webbing customers with product consistency and quality.
WOONSOCKET, R.I. - ACW, www.ACW1.com , a manufacturer of high performance plastic and metal fasteners, hook and loop, as well as elastic and non-elastic narrow textile webbing and cord products, has purchased a continuous dye-range finishing system. The continuous dye-range finishing system is used to treat webbing products.
This new technology provides ACW's customers with the most consistently, high quality products available in the marketplace today. Additionally, this equipment is a major upgrade that will increase capabilities in production capacity specifically for the company's military and commercial textile webbing customers. This all electronic, computer controlled system, virtually eliminates pigment excess with its precise and consistent aqueous padding application of dye and pigment finishes to webbing material.
