ACE10 Operators' Day to be held June 22



(DENVER) - The American Water Works Association (AWWA) announced today that Tuesday, June 22 will be Operators' Day during the 2010Annual Conference & Exposition (ACE10) in Chicago, Illinois.

On Operators' Day, water operators will enjoy full access to technical sessions and the exhibit hall at a cost of only $125 for AWWA members, or $155 for nonmembers. This includes the opportunity to earn continuing education units (CEU's) upon completion of designated technical sessions and exhibit hall education sessions. To make it easier for operators to attend the conference, AWWA will make regional bus transportation available to McCormick Place from Champaign, Ill.; Springfield via Pontiac & Coal City, Ill.; Moline via LaSalle, Ill.; and Rockford, Ill.

In addition to programming specifically designed for operators, ACE10 will also offer unique events focused on sections, diversity issues, young professionals, students, public officials, and international attendees as the world's water community gathers to explore the future of safe water, gain insight into cutting-edge research and best practices, and experience the latest products and services available today.
