ATS Automation Tooling Systems, Inc. Release date: July 29, 2009
CAMBRIDGE, ON, July 29, 2009 - ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. today announced it will report its first quarter results before the market opens on Wednesday, August 12, 2009.
At 10:00 a.m. eastern Wednesday, August 12, 2009, the Company will host a conference call and webcast of management's quarterly remarks and follow up question and answer period with analysts.
The listen-only webcast can be accessed live at www.atsautomation.com. The conference call can be accessed live by dialing 416 644 3416 five minutes prior.
A replay of the conference will be available on the ATS website following the call. Alternatively, a telephone recording of the call will be available for one week (until midnight August 20, 2009) by dialing 416 640 1917 and entering passcode 21310344 followed by the number sign.
Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders
ATS will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on August 13, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. (eastern) at the Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference Centre, 30 Fairway Road South, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.
