Bicron Electronics Co.

Release date: July 13, 2009

Bicron Electronics offers a broad range of solenoid sizes perfected over more than 40 years of meeting OEM manufacturers' special needs. Large solenoids designed for heavy duty operations require special considerations for harsh environments and high power loads. Bicron's long experience in coil manufacturing for current and power transformers as well as solenoids of all types gives it the proven experience to design and produce solenoids at all power levels at the highest levels of reliability and efficiency.

The four large solenoids shown in the accompanying photo show Tubular Pull, Tubular Push/Pull, Rotary, and D-frame linear configurations. Major dimension and maximum power at 10% duty are also shown. This is just a small sampling of the 100+ proven standard designs available as starting points for solenoids for specific or special requirements. Simple changes like different plunger tip designs, different coil windings or lead configuration changes are routine. More complex modifications or totally new designs are also a normal routine at Bicron. Many examples can be seen along with engineering details and dimensional drawings on our web site, www.Bicronusa.com/solenoids.html
