Henkel Release date: June 18, 2009
Bridgewater, NJ, June 18, 2009 - Henkel is going greener with Hybond®, Permagrip®, and Formica® adhesives - and is proving the point with a series of new flyers about these adhesive products that meet the Ozone Transport Commission (OTC) Low-VOC Requirements standards being implemented by State and other regulatory bodies.
"Compliance with these standards is an example of Henkel's continuing leadership in innovative technologies that meet or exceed the changing sustainability needs of the industries we serve," said Tim Brown, Market Segment Manager.
Henkel offers a wide range of environmentally responsible adhesive solutions that help companies meet government standards and advance sustainability for employees and the community. Among the products detailed in this flyer are:
o Solvent-based spray grade bulk contact cements; o Water-based spray/brush grade contact cements; o Solvent-based contact cement canister systems; o Solvent-based aerosol contact adhesive; o Water-based PVA wood glues.
Depending on the options selected, users can achieve reduced VOCs, formaldehyde-free formulations, improved productivity, energy savings, enhanced quality and improved durability.
