Edwards Vacuum Technology Release date: January 19, 2009
CRAWLEY, WEST SUSSEX, UK. (January 19, 2009)-Edwards, a leading global supplier of vacuum and abatement equipment and services, announced today the appointment of Ron Krisanda as operations and technology director, effective January 15, 2009. Krisanda joins Edwards from Tyco International, where he was president of the Fire and Security business for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, he held senior management positions at Motorola/General Instrument Corporation and Multilink Technology Corporation.
Edwards CEO, Nigel Hunton said, "I am delighted to welcome Ron Krisanda to our team. His senior management experience at some of the world's most successful blue chip electronics companies, and his extensive experience in Asia where many of our key customers are located, will be quite valuable to Edwards.
