(Corona, CA), which specializes in precision aerospace fastener products. Terms of the transaction between the two privately held companies were undisclosed.

3V Fasteners, founded in 1982, is a leading manufacturer of externally threaded aerospace fasteners and its products have approvals of the major global aircraft/aerospace OEMs. 3V is an AS9100 accredited company and U.S. Government QSLM approved. The company's products are distributed through a global network of recognized aerospace fastener distributors.
