VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA --- LMI Technologies, Inc. (LMI) has signed a partnership agreement with MaxxVision as its exclusive components and software distributor in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Both LMI and MaxxVision will be exhibiting at the upcoming Vision 2008 tradeshow in Stuttgart, Germany November 4th to 6th, 2008.
In September 2008, LMI and MaxxVision joined forces to promote LMI machine vision products. MaxxVision was impressed with LMI's leading edge machine vision applied technology, and LMI was extremely confident with MaxxVision's professionalism and reputation for service, as well as their market breadth in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, LMI said.
At this year's Vision 2008, LMI will announce and launch their new maestro(TM) product line. Maestro promises to revolutionize the installation of vision systems by providing a central controller and software to manage synchronization, powering, and wiring that greatly simplifies the vision engineering design and implementation process.
In addition, visitors to the MaxxVision booth will see a demonstration on web scanning using the LMI FireSync(TM) platform. The FireSync platform includes hardware and software components that can be easily configured by an engineer, providing vision engineers with a scalable network that connects many sensors, multi-core processing for high speed data transfer and performance, as well as microsecond synchronization.
